Your initial deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to cover your international flight booking. If you cancel before making full payment, only the deposit is lost. Once full payment has been made, cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund. We’ll always do our best to support you if your plans change — just reach out as early as possible.
